Pallet to Palate

Local farm-fresh products will take the spotlight this summer with the
second annual Pallet to Palate fundraiser. The event will take place
in San Luis Obispo County from August 1st through 18th. Focusing on
sustainability and abundance of agriculture available through local
farmers, the event includes a lunch conference, gala dinner reception
and a farmer/chef reception and tasting. Proceeds will benefit The
Food Bank Coalition of San Luis Obispo County. The SeaVenture
Restaurant will also be featuring a Prix Fixe dinner menu from August
1st-16th which will feature a farmer's fresh locally grown product. $5
of this dinner purchase will go to The Food Bank Coalition of San Luis
