FAQ's


Do all your hotel rooms have fireplaces and hot tubs?
All of our guestrooms have fireplaces and all of our guestrooms have hot tubs except the Fireplace King Rooms.

How often is the water changed in the hot tubs?
All hot tubs are drained, disinfected, and filled with fresh water between every guest occupying the room. During your stay, we try to minimize water consumption and only refill if the water is dirty or if the temperature has dropped too low to re-heat.

What is considered your peak season for travel?
Rule of Thumb, you can expect peak season rates between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Year round, however, we always have a variety of room packages and specials, so be sure to check out our "Specials" page or inquire with one of our reservationists.

Is the SeaVenture really on the beach?
Yes, the SeaVenture is really on the beach. You can walk directly out of our lobby doors to the beach boardwalk and the sand between your toes.

Do you have rollaways?
We do not have rollaway beds. What we do have is a futon mat that is perfect for children. It is not allowed in all the rooms though.

What is a "Resort Fee" and what is included with it?
• SeaVenture includes a great number of services with our resort fee.

• Morning Newspaper
• Use of beach towels, beach chairs and bicycles

Do you have any suites?
We don't have any guest rooms that fit the typical definition of a suite. We do have two corner ocean view rooms that include a king size featherbed in the main room with a small "alcove" that also has two twin size beds; perfect for children! You can also inquire about our 3 bedroom Beach House. All the mentioned guestrooms can only be booked over the phone, so you’ll need to call one of our knowledgeable reservationists for more information.
