For the entree, choose one of the following two selections, all guests will have the same entree choice

Roasted Rocky Chicken Breast with Balsalmic Onions, Fingerling Potatoes, Red Swiss Chard and Thyme Pan Jus
8 oz. New York Steak with Mashed Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables with one of the following sauces:

Red Wine Sauce, Green Peppercorn-Shallot Veal Reduction
Wild Mushroom Sauce with Blue Cheese Crumbles

- Minimum 25 Persons
- Per Person Day: $40.00
- Available for Daytime Only (4 pm cut off)
- 20% service charge along with 8.75% sales tax be added to all final food and beverage costs
