Employees will be wearing masks when assisting you.
We require our guest to wear masks when interacting with staff and when inside the hotel.
Personal Hygiene and Safety
We have increased the ability and accessibility of hand sanitizer throughout the property.
Employees have been trained on proper hygiene to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
We ask employees and guests to maintain distance from those not traveling in your party. There are reminders throughout the property.
All tables and seating areas have been spaced to allow for social distancing.
Enhanced Cleaning Protocols
We have increased the frequency of cleaning high touch areas across our property, including hotel and restaurant.
What You Can Do to Help
If you’re sick, stay home. If you feel sick, have a fever ,or have been exposed to COVID-19, we ask that you do not visit SeaVenture. If you must cancel due to an illness, there is no cancellation penalty.
