Early Arrivals and Late Departures: If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend that you reserve the room for the prior night which will guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guestroom until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will gladly store your luggage at the front desk.
Payment: A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in. We accept all major credit cards. Please be advised that at check-in we will pre-authorize your credit card for the total amount of your room (including taxes, fees plus a minimum of $100 for incidental charges). If you choose to use a debit card at check-in, your Financial Institution will place a hold on your funds. This hold can be prolonged, depending on your bank. For this reason, we recommend that you not use a debit card at check-in.
Cancellation Policy: If you find you must cancel your reservation, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date to receive a cancellation number and avoid a cancellation fee equal to the first nights room and tax. Please note, certain high-demand holidays and event weekends may have a 30 day cancellation policy, plus a deposit equal to one or more nights may be required at the time of booking.
Facility & Parking Fee: A facility fee of $25.00 plus tax is assessed to all guestrooms on a nightly basis. This facility fee provides for the use of our wireless internet, covered parking, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, and board games and USA Today which are available at the front desk.
Smoking: The SeaVenture is pleased to provide our guests with a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in guestrooms or on balconies. To avoid a $200.00 smoking fee, we kindly request that you respect this policy.
Pets: Sorry, but pets are not allowed at the SeaVenture. If you are traveling with your furry family member and need a kennel, please contact the front desk and they would be happy to assist.
